General Information
To ensure timely and accurate delivery, please provide complete and accurate address information when placing your order. This includes the correct use of abbreviations, street numbers, apartment or building numbers, and route details if applicable. We are not responsible for lost, misplaced, or misdelivered packages due to incorrect address information provided at the time of purchase.
Processing Time
Our standard processing time is typically 1 business day, but may extend to 3 business days during peak order periods. This processing time is separate from the shipping duration, which begins once your order leaves our fulfillment center. For both domestic and international orders, please allow up to 1-2 business days for processing (excluding weekends and holidays).

Our warehouse is located in the USA. For orders shipped within the USA and Canada, expect delivery within 3-7 business days from the shipping date, not the order date.
Update (January 2024): Due to increased demand, many International orders will ship directly from our factory in Hong Kong. Estimated shipping times are 5-10 business days via DHL/USPS Express from Hong Kong International Airport.
Upon shipment, you will receive an email with your tracking information.
Please note that unforeseen circumstances (natural disasters, holidays, weather, etc.) may cause shipping delays. While we strive for timely delivery, we cannot guarantee exact arrival times as these are subject to carrier operations.
Delivery Claims
If your package is marked as delivered but you have not received it, please contact us within 10 days to file a claim. We will assist you in working with the carrier to resolve the issue. Please note that claims can take up to 30 days to process, depending on the carrier.
We do not accept responsibility for packages reported as delivered by the carrier and do not issue refunds or credits for such cases.
Tracking
We provide tracking information for every order. Tracking will be available once your order has shipped. Products may be shipped from various fulfillment centers worldwide as we source quality products.
Once you receive your tracking number, you can use the "Track Your Order" option for assistance.
Change or Cancel Order
Once your order is submitted, we begin processing it immediately, making changes or cancellations unlikely. If your order was placed within the last 24 hours, please contact us, and we will do our best to accommodate your request.
